On the workbench

Specific work. Honest status.
Reviewed

Evidence & experience

The work on both servers has been inventoried and distilled into five grounded stories, twelve proposed exercises and six learning milestones. Three original public projects were opened and inspected.

Repairs verified · native checks degraded

Quorum & multibuild

The repair suite passed 674 tests and the repaired default source was verified on two consumers. The native build remained blocked after an empty image response; quorum retained seat omissions, a failed login and a verifier concern. These limits remain in the record.

Website & examples

The selected website passed an independent 78-assertion public browser check. All four explorations, the seventeen-angle collection and three working lessons are available.

Published · draft saved

Public delivery

The recommended website, four explorations, seventeen-angle collection and three working lessons are public. The same unsent email draft contains every link, each example’s why/how, final checks and the remaining tool limits.

Stopped — provider limit

Independent Astra review

The separate Astra review session started but ended at a provider limit. That limited run is not being counted as a completed independent audit.

Artifacts reviewed · partial run

Independent website builds

Four page artifacts were recovered: two builders ended cleanly and two timed out. All four saved pages were separately corrected and browser-tested; the original run is still recorded as partial.

Completed — published and reviewed

Ten new website designs

All ten original directions are public with distinct compositions, working personal briefs and actual rendered thumbnails. The full nineteen-design collection is now complete.

Completed — nine published and reviewed

Nine independent Fable 5.1 designs

Nine actual Fable 5.1 sessions produced independent drafts. All nine edited pages passed source, browser, visual and public-route review.

Functional checks reproduced · redesign underway

Independent recheck of nineteen designs

All 331 page checks and 68 gallery checks reproduced. Separate design review found repeated patterns that the fresh nineteen briefs are addressing.

Four native builds running

Fresh redesigns of the original nineteen

Astra is building Gallery and Field Notes; Fable is building Letter and Material. Fresh session records confirm MAX effort for all four. Earlier versions remain available.

Final scene review

New 3D workshop

The interactive scene and worksheet passed browser checks. A final visual check verifies that the lifted menu slip matches its explanation before publication.

From the workroom

Newest updates first

The spatial example is at its final scene check

The workshop now identifies the selected project and explains each Before, Decisions and After state beside the scene. We are checking the actual rendered change, including the menu note that needs owner confirmation.

The new Letter draft is being read

The first new page begins as a participatory letter. Its initial file is being checked for natural wording, exact project facts and a distinct reading path while the other builds continue. The earlier version remains the available link until this draft passes review.

The first four fresh designs are underway

Each opens on a different useful activity: inspect the work, annotate a note, write a reply, or explore a source diagram. The completed pages will be compared with earlier versions and with each other before release.

Fresh Gallery and Letter builds have started

The Gallery brief begins with work to inspect, using upright condensed type. The Letter brief begins with a real reply field in a light correspondence spread. These change the first action and reading structure; the previous versions stay available during review.

The redesign scope now covers all nineteen pages

The next round replaces the earlier designs one by one, alongside the new spatial workshop. Functional checks and visual differences are separate review questions. Each current page is labeled version 1 while its fresh replacement is queued or under review.

A closer recheck and one different spatial design

The existing nineteen designs remain available. The next example will use a three-dimensional workshop to explain how source material becomes a useful result. It will be added only after its real interactions, accessible reading path and phone rendering are reviewed.

Nineteen designs completed and checked

All nineteen pages are public with real rendered previews. Independent public checks passed on all nineteen exact page versions, including their assigned interactions and local brief downloads. The gallery includes filters, a downloadable shortlist and four ways to combine useful ideas. A separate email draft links and explains every design; it remains unsent.

Seventeen designs are available to compare

The original ten and seven Fable designs are live with real screenshots. Reviewing rendered pages caught a narrow worksheet text column after its buttons passed; that layout was repaired before publication. The remaining two designs are receiving their final visual and download checks.

One direction at a time, then compare

The additional Fable designs are being developed independently, without sharing another design’s HTML. This gives each direction room to find its own structure. After review, the useful patterns can be compared and combined around one clear audience and action.

All ten original directions are open

You can now compare the full original collection: Gallery, Field Notes, Workshop, Neighborhood, Atlas, Magazine, Classroom, Studio, Cabinet and Before / After. Their controls have been exercised on phone and desktop, and the actual pages have been visually reviewed. The separate nine-design Fable collection is next.

Six different ways into the same work

The first six reviewed pages are live. A quiet gallery gives the artifacts space; Field Notes opens the decisions in place; the Workshop lets you check a fictional source; the Studio starts with a direct service choice; the Cabinet makes real cases searchable; Before / After makes the transformation visible. Each has a working personal brief to copy or download.

A comparison you can keep

The nineteen-direction gallery now has working phone and desktop filters, a personal shortlist and an actual text download. The first three original directions are a quiet gallery, annotated field notes and a practical source-check workshop. A separate email draft contains the live gallery link.

Ten new ways to tell the story

The next collection explores ten new website directions, from a quiet gallery and annotated notebook to a storefront, atlas, classroom and bold studio. The earlier website and examples remain available. The new comparison gallery shows progress and will use actual screenshots of the new pages.

Published, checked, and kept honest

The offering is published: one recommended website, four distinct explorations, seventeen grounded stories and proposed exercise angles, and three working sample lessons. The repaired tool default passed 674 tests and its source was verified on two consumers. Native build and council checks retained their actual limits. The same unsent email draft links and explains the collection, the choices and the final outcomes.

The last gate kept an honest result

The image service was reached after the discovery repair, but returned an empty response. The native build check stayed blocked instead of turning that into a pass. The separate council run also retained its failed login, seat omissions and verifier concern. The published websites have their own completed browser reviews; the final tool release checks are being recorded.

A critique is something to check, too

A source reviewer called the middle of a complete test page missing and guessed that no-JavaScript content was absent. The recorded input contained the full page, and actual browser checks showed the fallback working. We retained the opinion and documented why those defect claims were rejected. The separate screenshot review passed; the final image check is underway.

A real cross-server fault surfaced

A full tool test found that one worker was missing an available image-review service. A focused correction has passed the discovery checks on the machine where it failed. Availability alone is not acceptance: the actual image review must also complete before this audit can close.

The extra seats had specific jobs

Perplexity completed a source-to-claim review against the approved project facts. Muse added a concrete teach-back prompt. Vibe reviewed the published JavaScript; its suggested changes were rejected where they described hypothetical problems or behavior already tested and intended. Independent work created different perspectives, and shared review decided which suggestions were useful.

What human review caught

One reviewer called an intentional form reset a bug; another treated a proposed teaching method as a claim about completed work. Those objections were checked against the source and the actual page. Useful teaching suggestions were retained, unsupported objections were recorded with reasons, and the verification prompt now includes the original task. A separate pipeline retry exposed a real rendering error; its repaired copy passed 55 browser checks and is awaiting native review.

Reviewing the reviewers

The later reviews added a useful teaching prompt: ask the owner to explain what makes a draft value ready to confirm, then demonstrate the check. Other suggestions were rejected when they described hypothetical problems or intentional reset behavior. The published website remains unchanged while the separate tool acceptance test continues.

The finished website passed its independent review

The published site passed 78 phone and desktop interaction checks, including real downloads and copy controls. The three separate learning exercises also passed 78 checks. The tool audit continues: the complete-input GLM rerun has built a page and reached browser review; automatic browser-capable server selection is being repaired, and broader quorum test failures are being independently classified.

Meaning matters in the picture, too

Visual review found repeated food illustrations attached to mismatched sample names in one exploration. Those cards were removed. The remaining sample images match their labels: a page loading correctly is only one part of making it useful.

Four directions are available to compare

All four saved website directions now have public previews. The original run completed cleanly for two builders and timed out after writing artifacts for two others. Each saved page received separate source and browser checks; selecting a useful artifact is distinct from declaring its interrupted process successful.

Three practical lessons are live

You can refresh a fictional FAQ from its source, edit one list in web and print views, and judge three answers against a note. All 78 browser checks passed again on the actual public URLs, including real downloads and print output.

A clear direction for the main website

The edited Astra design is our recommended foundation: a clear opening, a before-and-after illustration, and a useful action on the phone. We are combining it with the curated project collection and three real learning exercises. The four independent directions stay available, so the choice and its alternatives remain inspectable.

Four saved designs, with real run limits visible

All four builders wrote a page. Two completed their build call and two reached the time limit, so file availability is being kept separate from run completion. The saved pages are now being checked for factual accuracy, useful interactions and phone layout. Independent review also caught an evidence-overwrite bug in the proposed tool repair before it was applied.

A second website direction, corrected and exercised

The Gemini preview is now available. Review found invented case details and a promised second price view that was missing. The facts were corrected, the second view was added, and phone/desktop interactions and downloaded brief contents were checked.

A polished detail failed the source check

One website draft inserted an invented confirmed price into an existing menu case. The reviewer caught it before publication. That case is being corrected against the project record; sample prices belong only in clearly fictional exercises. The first GLM design is available as an unreviewed exploration.

What we can combine—and what needs its own space

We can borrow catalogue browsing for lessons, confirmation markers for business updates, and short practice exercises for learning AI. Each example will keep its own audience, source material and voice. The first design is being inspected now; a separate Astra review stopped on provider capacity and is recorded as incomplete.

The first idea collection is open

Explore five grounded stories and twelve proposed exercises. Each shows the starting point, human judgment, intended result and lesson. Filters help separate existing work from future exercises.

Four independent website builds have started

Astra, Gemini, Grok and GLM are exploring the same grounded offering independently. Their work will be compared for usefulness, clarity and working phone interactions. We also found a fact-sheet length issue in one build path; that input is being condensed faithfully and the affected attempt will be repeated before review.

Four independent website builds requested

Astra, Gemini, Grok and GLM are beginning independent interpretations of the same verified public brief. Each must show useful before-and-after examples and what Jeremy contributes. Availability, factual review and phone checks will be reported separately.

A separate Astra review is underway

A fresh independent Astra session is auditing reliability. The creative builders will now explore separate website directions using the same verified public facts.

The evidence is shaping the offer

Three strong starting points: a family reference library, bilingual training materials, and a restaurant menu rescued without losing its original design. We are exploring build-with-me learning, refreshing existing information, and turning old ideas into usable prototypes.

The live workroom is verified

The public HTTPS page has been loaded and inspected on mobile and desktop. Navigation, refresh, pause and no-JavaScript content checks passed. An email draft with this live link is saved.

The workroom is opening

A place to watch progress on the offering, explore designs as they arrive, and see what has actually been checked.

One idea, one clear purpose

We are separating distinct client problems first. Shared lessons will be brought together in focused reviews after each example has a coherent purpose.

Experience needs evidence

The story connects business experience and hands-on learning to specific decisions, useful results and teaching methods. Specific project decisions show how experience turns into useful work.
