Every example states who it helps, what existed before, what the human noticed, what changed, what can be inspected — and what still needs review. Where you see a reconstruction, it is a rebuilt illustration, not a historical screenshot. Interactive cards switch between before and after.

Existing work

OSHA 4 US — an old training archive becomes a bilingual learning system

Incomplete training handoff: two source presentations, mixed versions, and a file called "PDF" that was actually a ZIP archive. Intake found 48 actual slides.

Who this helpsAnyone sitting on an aging training archive that still matters to real learners.

What the human noticedThe "PDF" wasn't a PDF. Source files were preserved, current material separated from historical, claims checked against primary sources, and instructor review kept visible.

Evidence recordedSource normalization record, bilingual research and glossary, course artifacts, independent browser QA, correction and delivery receipts.

Scope & review notes

No claim of OSHA-authorized trainer status, provider approval, issued course credit, or replacement of the school's production website. The original intake identified missing material. The listed packages do not represent finished video courses.

Kestane menu rescue — keep the owner's design, make updates manageable

A real restaurant trifold with handwritten price changes and taped slips.

What the human noticedA plausible AI reconstruction of the menu was wrong — so it was rejected. The real scan became the design; only confirmed values changed; unresolved values stayed visible.

Evidence recordedOriginal/source records, delivery package, editable files, and a documented correction from attempted reconstruction to preserving original pixels.

Not every new price was confirmed; a later version retains original printed prices for unconfirmed items. No revenue lift or paid-client outcome is claimed.

Five moves, every time

  1. Read the before

    The actual source — scans, files, mixed versions — is identified and preserved before anything is changed. (A file called PDF that's really a ZIP gets noticed here.)

  2. Decide the real problem

    What matters isn't the pile, it's the Monday task underneath it. Scope gets cut to that.

  3. Transform with AI, keep the source

    Original material stays distinct from new suggestions. Confident output that invents facts gets rejected, like the plausible-but-wrong menu reconstruction.

  4. Check against the source and the person

    Independent attempts compared, unresolved values left visibly unresolved, and the person who needs the result tests it.

  5. Hand over something you can keep

    Editable files, provenance records, a dated source ledger, and your own check notes — so the work stays useful after the session.
